You set the reservation-fee rules for your packages. With a configured PayMongo account, guests can pay through hosted checkout. The system confirms payment through the provider; simply returning from checkout does not mark a booking as paid. Provider approval and payment fees apply.
Custo supports hourly, nightly, daily and event-based packages. Set up your rooms, pools, venues or courts with their own units, capacities, rates and schedules.
Your first eligible site gets a 30-day trial from publication. Explore the builder and dashboard, then review your subscription in the dashboard before paying. Self-service has no setup fee. The trial is not a payment sandbox: live PayMongo payments are real. Use our demo for a simulated booking.
You can request help with a domain that you own. Registration and renewals are separate costs. Domain connection is being validated; keep using your Custo booking link until support confirms routing and HTTPS are ready. DNS ownership verification alone does not mean the site is live on that domain.
In compatible browsers with WebMCP enabled, assistants can read public packages, FAQs, policies and published map details, check live availability, and prepare booking details for the guest to review. They cannot confirm reservations, take payments or access private dashboard data. WebMCP is experimental; support varies by browser and assistant, and it does not guarantee AI recommendations or search rankings.
