Terms
These terms govern access to Custo Bookings. A business using Custo remains responsible for its own listings, services, policies, pricing, and guest obligations.

Using the platform
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the platform only for lawful reservation and business operations. Automated abuse, fraudulent bookings, credential sharing, and attempts to access another tenant are prohibited.
Bookings and business responsibility
Custo supplies reservation technology. The listed business provides the stay, venue, service, or resource and is responsible for availability, descriptions, safety, taxes, permits, cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and customer support.
Payments
Payments may be processed by PayMongo or another connected provider. The amount shown by Custo is calculated from the business package, schedule, pricing rules, add-ons, promos, and reservation-fee settings. A booking is confirmed only after the platform receives a valid payment confirmation or authorized staff action.
Trials and subscriptions
Trial booking pages may pause after expiry. Paid access continues according to the selected billing period. Each active business site may require its own subscription unless a written plan states otherwise.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available, but maintenance, provider outages, and security events can interrupt service. Features and these terms may change as the platform develops.
