This notice explains how Custo Bookings and businesses using the platform handle account, reservation, payment, and site-usage information.
Effective June 7, 2026
Information we handle
We process account identifiers, business settings, guest contact details, reservation details, device and security events, and payment references. Payment card and wallet credentials are handled by the connected payment provider and are not stored by Custo.
How information is used
Information is used to provide reservations, prevent double booking, process payment status, secure accounts, communicate booking updates, support business owners, and improve reliability.
Businesses using Custo
Each business controls its own booking page and uses guest information to manage the reservation. Questions about a specific stay, venue, service, cancellation, or refund should also be directed to that business.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, database, payment, email, security, and monitoring providers only as needed to operate the service. Access is limited by role and tenant.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements. Contact support@custoservices.com and include the booking reference or account email when relevant.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for bookings, account security, billing, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use authentication, row-level access controls, encryption for stored provider secrets, audit logging, and rate limiting.
